Job summary

Prime Intellect AI is seeking a Founding Solutions Architect to own workload discovery, benchmark development, and production design for frontier AI workloads. You will work directly with ML engineers to tailor architectures on Prime infrastructure, optimize for latency, throughput, and cost, and translate results into compelling business cases.

This founding role demands hands-on benchmarking, reusable playbooks, and close collaboration with customers and internal teams to win flagship deals

Qualifications

• Strong ML infra, distributed systems, cloud, or GPU compute background.
• Fluent knowledge of modern training/inference stacks, CUDA/GPU environments, and model-serving patterns.
• Customer-facing experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or forward-deployed engineering.
• Ability to communicate with ML engineers and executive stakeholders fluently.
• Bias toward proving claims with real workloads and benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep technical discovery across training, post-training, and inference workloads.
• Understand GPU requirements, cluster topology, networking, storage, utilization, and performance objectives.
• Design customer architectures on Prime infrastructure for production readiness.
• Partner with engineering on migration and deployment requirements.
