You will own the transformation of research artifacts into open-source and product experiences, working with engineering and design to deliver researcher-facing features and stable interfaces.

The role emphasizes building reusable research systems, contributing to APIs, and guiding external contributors to ship impactful work into the stack.

Qualifications

• Ownership of open-source ML or developer-tool systems and related communities.
• Hands-on experience building and debugging model-training loops and evaluation workflows.
• Strong experimental judgment with clear failure attribution.

Responsibilities

• Own path from emerging research artifact to open-source and product features.
• Develop researcher-facing features in the training platform with engineering and design teams.
• Define stable APIs and provide examples and explanations for external contributors.
