Job summary

Dex partner company is seeking a full-time engineer to build the Argos OS and its simulation tooling for automated manufacturing. You will own frontend and backend components in TypeScript, Python or Go, and work closely with hardware engineers in a 36,000 sq ft facility to translate software into real-world production improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping production-grade code.
• Experience with TypeScript frontend and Python or Go backend.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end product development.
• Interest in building for the physical world; manufacturing, CAD, computational geometry, or 3D environments are a plus.
• ITAR requirements: US citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible for required authorisations.

Responsibilities

• Build Argos, the OS that orchestrates from raw material to finished part, including supply chain, quoting, and pricing.
• Develop Argos Sim for automated CAD, DFM, and mould generation and simulation, shortening design cycles.
• Engineer the factory automation layer to stream real-time equipment and sensor data into a 24/7 digital twin.
