About the Company

Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. By combining advanced software, robotics, and full‑stack manufacturing, we are reinventing how America produces its most critical parts. We’re accelerating our mission with the launch of Factory 3 in Mesa, Arizona, a 290,000‑square‑foot facility creating 350 new jobs. We are expanding rapidly to support thousands of future hires, launching Hadrian Maritime to expand into naval production, and introducing a Factory‑as‑a‑Service model that delivers complete systems instead of individual parts. The Role

Candidates for this role could work with our internal products:

• Flow – Hadrian’s FactoryOS, a platform that models, manages, and automates complex factory networks.
• Copilot – a suite of manufacturing automation products that accelerate key processes such as quoting, CAM programming, and CMM programming.
• Factory Automation – development of robotic cells for our factories and the software that controls them.

Note: Aerospace, defense, or manufacturing experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Scope, architect, implement, and deploy critical applications that drive revenue and have positive impact.
• Own a product vertical with the opportunity to build a team around it over time.
• Work directly with internal and external customers to shape the roadmap.
• Build alongside engineers, operators, machinists, and CAM programmers.
• Enjoy autonomy and virtually unlimited growth.

Qualifications

• Bias to action, pride in work, and focus on solutions over correctness.
• Experience leading technical projects or initiatives.
• History of working on large, complex codebases.
• Extensive experience shipping modern full‑stack applications (React/Next/TypeScript front‑ends and Go or Python back‑ends).
• Product‑mindful and user‑driven.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with high stakes and rapid iteration.
• Founder experience or entrepreneurial mindset, with willingness to return to the market if you start a company.
• Can work from our Los Angeles factory in Torrance.

Compensation

Target salary range: $120,000 – $250,000, based on experience. The range may be modified in the future.
