You will own end‑to‑end features across TypeScript, React, Node and Python, build integrations with carrier systems, and develop the agent layer that drives autonomous actions. You’ll work closely with operations teams and move fast in a high‑ambiguity environment.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of full-stack engineering as an individual contributor.
• Experience shipping customer-facing features into production.
• Experience deploying AI/ML or agentic systems in production.
• Previously worked at a recognisable startup or Big Tech, with relevant startup exposure.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate with high agency.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship product features end-to-end across the stack.
• Develop integrations with carrier systems and legacy TMS platforms.
• Work on the agent layer: tool use, orchestration, autonomy gating.
• Collaborate with operations teams to understand daily tasks and build solutions.
• Contribute learnings from each deployment to accelerate future releases.
