Qualifications

• 1–4 years of full-stack engineering as an individual contributor.
• Experience at startup or Big Tech, with a standout project or founder/early-stage exposure.
• Shipped customer-facing features in production.
• Deployed AI or agentic systems in production, with measurable impact.
• Based in SF or willing to relocate; onsite five days a week; visa transfers possible.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship end-to-end features across TypeScript, React, Node and Python.
• Create integrations with carrier systems and legacy TMS with minimal risk.
• Develop the agent layer: tool use, orchestration, guardrails and autonomy gates.
• Collaborate with operations teams to understand daily workflows and deliver.
• Iterate learnings from deployments into the core product for faster future releases.
