Job summary

Deliverome Project seeks a Senior Scientist to develop, optimize, and automate chemoproteomics workflows for a mass-spectrometry platform. You will work closely with co-founders and MS colleagues to enable glycoprotein enrichment and an AI-ready data atlas, while advancing open science through documentation and publications.

You will contribute to platform scalability, ensure data quality across batches, and help shape the long-term surfaceomics discovery strategy in human tissues and cells.

Qualifications

• PhD with 2–8 years of postdoctoral experience; industry preferred.
• Extensive hands-on MS acquisition and analysis experience.
• Proficiency with proteomics workflow automation and high-throughput sample prep.
• Experience with cross-cohort normalization and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and automate chemoproteomics workflows for a mass-spectrometry platform.
• Collaborate with MS colleagues to enable glycoprotein enrichment and open data releases.
• Document methods, instrument performance, and QC across batches.
• Co-author open-access blogs, protocols, and publications.
