Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or relevant equivalent) in a STEM field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience guiding a product through a full lifecycle.
• Understanding how to analyze large-scale data to drive decisions.
• Ability to communicate highly technical and complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Discover, understand, and refine user requirements.
• Define the product vision and success criteria for projects.
• Organize complex, multi-faceted initiatives spanning teams and projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and procurement/supply chain experts on frontier technologies.
• Work with go-to-market stakeholders to communicate product capabilities to prospects.
• Gather user and prospect feedback and perform market research to guide development.
• Clearly communicate progress and strategy across the company.
• Coordinate with marketers to raise awareness of launches.
• Work directly with founders in a high-speed environment.
