You could help build the future of supply chain software using the bleeding edgeof what the web and cloud have to offer.

At LightSource, you'll work on building inuitive interfaces for what are oftenvery complex interactions. You'll work hand in engineers to turn customer needsinto product features from initial design to finishing touches. As a member of asmall but prolific team, you'll set the direction for LightSource's visualdesign language.

Every member of the product team is expected to be a product owner, understandour users' needs and get involved in the high level direction of LightSource.

Requirements

• 4+ years of shipping applications with large, evolving scope
• Extensive experience with interaction design, visual design, typography,layout with a particular focus on desktop web productivity applications.
• Experience collecting structured feedback from users and translating intoproduct requirements and solutions
• Experience with standard design tools/systems for prototyping andcommunicating designs
• Self-directed, should be just as comfortable getting involved in productdiscussions as design discussions
