Reveal Security is looking for our first Sales Engineer in the US Market. This role goes beyond traditional sales and offers the opportunity to be a critical strategic partner in building our business and team.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a high-energy and ambitious individual to be the driving force of our sales engagements. As the tip of the spear for our new product, you will be instrumental in shaping first impressions and championing our company, our people, and our cutting-edge technology.
More than just a sales role, you will be a key strategic partner, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to shape our go-to-market strategy. You will proactively identify, qualify, and close sales, playing a vital role in establishing repeatable sales methodologies and articulating our unique value proposition based on direct customer interactions.
As our Sales Engineer you are responsible for actively driving and managing the technical evaluation stage of the sales process. She/he works with the CEO and sales team to drive the sales of our product and is a technical subject matter expert on security challenges and solutions. The ideal candidate is aggressive, collaborative, knowledgeable, and ideally has worked in an operational role within a Cybersecurity program/organization. Offensive security knowledge and capabilities along with scripting or software engineering abilities are a plus.
The pay range for this position is a guideline, and for candidates who receive an offer, the pay will be determined based on factors such as work location, as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for sales incentive compensation:
$160K Base; $230K OTE; 70%/30% compensation plan.
