LanceDB is hiring its first Revenue Marketer to build the demand engine from the ground up. You will own marketing that translates technical credibility and open-source momentum into an enterprise pipeline, using account-based marketing as the core motion.

Partner with founders and early sales to define ABM motions, configure the martech stack, and instrument pipeline reporting. This role is a rare opportunity to build and realize something new in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing for technical products.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the revenue marketing function end to end, including strategy, campaigns, content, and reporting, with ABM as core motion.
• Design and bring to life custom, omnichannel marketing plans for key accounts with tailored experiences and programs.
• Manage account-planning interlocks with Sales and RevOps to move opportunities forward.
