Job summary

LanceDB Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to build and run the systems turning marketing into measurable pipeline. You will own the marketing tech stack, data flows, and reporting, partnering with RevOps on the CRM and revenue process.

You’ll design the open-source qualified lead program, lead routing, and attribution dashboards, enabling Marketing to influence revenue. This 0-to-1 role moves fast on a small team, shaping GTM motion and automation.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth operations at B2B tech firms.

Responsibilities

• Be the DRI for marketing systems and tech stack implementation and optimization.
• Build and run lead management, routing, lifecycle, and scoring to speed sales engagement.
• Own event lead flow end-to-end from registration to follow-up within SLA.
• Develop open-source qualified lead programs with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to attribution and pipeline reporting across channels, programs, and accounts.
• Maintain data hygiene, governance, deduplication, and enrichment with RevOps.
• Run campaign operations: forms, landing pages, emails, list uploads, registrations.
• Support weekly funnel reporting, budget tracking, and quarterly planning.
• Collaborate on ABM infrastructure, target accounts, and signals; measure program outcomes.
• Proactively identify improvements using AI to accelerate workflows and reporting.
