Job summary

FlowGen Labs is seeking a hands-on AI/product engineer to own a zero-to-one product and its infrastructure. You will build secure connectors and runtime for enterprise systems, and craft the tooling environment developers rely on daily.

You will design, implement self-checking and verification passes, and optimize prompt pipelines, retrieval, and fine-tuning for production use. Expect collaboration with customers and rapid, informed decision-making.

Role Summary You will own a zero-to-one product and its infrastructure. You will build the secure connector and runtime that understands complex enterprise systems, the tooling experience developers use every day, and the analysis and planning engine that transforms legacy code. You will work directly with customers on high-leverage projects and help define our culture, our engineering bar, and our roadmap. Design the agentic layer. Implement self-checking, reflection, and verification passes before results reach humans or downstream systems. Experience orchestrating agentic workflows and retrieval augmented generation. Familiarity with LangGraph is a plus.
