Job summary

FlowGen Labs is seeking a hands-on AI/product engineer to own a zero-to-one product and its infrastructure. You will build secure connectors and runtime for enterprise systems, and craft the tooling environment developers rely on daily.

You will design, implement self-checking and verification passes, and optimize prompt pipelines, retrieval, and fine-tuning for production use. Expect collaboration with customers and rapid, informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Hands-on use of AI tools with clear ideas for applying AI to development, testing, data and support.
• Experience building AI-powered developer tools for enterprise environments.
• Ability to make crisp decisions with partial information and move fast without breaking things.
