Job summary

Sela is the market-leading AI voice agent for mortgage lenders, building a recruiting function from the ground up in San Francisco. You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle across all functions, build sourcing muscle, and establish the candidate experience at a fast-growing startup.

This role requires 4+ years of recruiting at early-stage companies, strong technical+product hiring experience, and the ability to source proactively using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially at early-stage, high-growth environments.
• Strong background hiring for Technical and Product roles.
• Experience sourcing and closing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools, not relying solely on inbound applicants.
• Proficient with ATS platforms (Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse) and outbound recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting across all functions from sourcing to offer close.
• Build and own our sourcing strategy: LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sequences, referrals, employer branding, etc.
• Set up and manage our ATS and recruiting stack from scratch.
• Partner with the CEO and hiring managers to define role requirements and move fast.
• Create a candidate experience that reflects Sela’s values and ethos.
• Track pipeline health and report on effectiveness.
