Job summary

TypeSafe AI is seeking its first internal recruiter to shape our hiring process, brand, and team-building across multiple functions in a high-growth environment. You will own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, coordinate interviews, and craft a candidate experience that reflects our mission to build reliable AI systems.

In this role, you will design sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and define recruiting metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with proven success in scaling technical teams.
• Experience scaling teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and making judgments with imperfect information.
• Kind, emotionally aware, and genuinely care for people’s wellbeing.
• Bias for action to move quickly and creatively to engage top talent.
• Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple searches and priorities.
• Excited to contribute to TypeSafe AI's mission.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruiting function: sourcing, recruiting, coordinating, closing.
• Shape hiring processes to craft a fantastic candidate experience from outreach through offer.
• Run day-to-day operations such as interview coordination and rapid feedback loops.
• Understand TypeSafe's culture and diverse talent needs to hire a world-class team.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines of high-quality candidates.
• Build out teams from scratch across multiple functions.
• Define and track recruiting metrics and use data to drive improvement.
• Take a strategic view of talent management with the executive team.
