Arc Institute is a nonprofit research organization at the interface of artificial intelligence and biology, based in Palo Alto. We’re seeking a Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience across life sciences, biotech, or scientific research to hire across our Technology Centers for roles in multi-omics, genome engineering, cellular modeling, and computational biology.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree and 8+ years of full cycle life sciences recruiting.
Experience hiring for senior and leadership roles.
Experience recruiting for biology-focused areas (genome engineering, multi-omics, etc.).
Strong sourcing and closing skills with passive candidates.
Proactive stakeholder management across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

Own the full cycle recruiting process for Arc's Technology Centers across life sciences.
Build relationships with hiring managers and act as trusted advisor.
Contribute to efficient, scalable recruiting processes with the team.
Represent Arc's mission and values in every candidate interaction.
