Job summary

Joyful Health, NYC-based, is hiring a Founding Recruiter to own the entire recruiting function from day one. You’ll source, close, and scale the team with a strong emphasis on AI-native workflows, automation, and analytics.

You’ll shape the employer brand and partner closely with founders to build a world-class talent engine. You’ll lead 10+ concurrent searches across engineering, product, operations, sales, and marketing, and plan to grow a recruiting team within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Experience building recruiting function in an early-stage startup.
• Proven ability to implement AI-native workflows in recruiting.
• Ability to scale recruiting team and processes as company grows.
