Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (DPT/PT) for an outpatient clinic in Woodbridge, VA to join the founding clinical team.

The role offers clinical autonomy, the chance to shape workflows, and a growth path as the practice builds its standards of care.

Competitive salary ($90k–$110k), $6k bonus potential, full benefits, and a schedule with a four‑day option and no weekends.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
• Virginia PT license or eligibility.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Interest in balance/vestibular rehab and fall prevention is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized outpatient PT care.
• Help establish workflows and standards of care.
• Collaborate with clinicians as clinic grows.
• Participate in developing treatment approaches.
• Contribute to clinical culture and patient experience.
