Headstarter is seeking a UI/UX Designer to own the end-to-end design experience across consumer and B2B products, shaping interfaces used by thousands of engineers and founders actively hiring talent.

You will translate ideas into clear user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity designs while building and maintaining a cohesive design system. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and founders to ship thoughtful, data-informed designs.

Qualifications

• Strong UI and UX fundamentals, with a clean, modern design sense.
• Experience designing consumer or enterprise products.
• Ability to think in systems, not just screens.
• Comfort working in fast-moving startup environments with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and willingness to challenge ideas when needed.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, polished consumer experiences for engineers (profiles, onboarding, dashboards, evaluations).
• Design scalable B2B workflows for founders and startups (candidate discovery, hiring flows, analytics, internal tools).
• Translate ambiguous ideas into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Create and maintain a cohesive design system across multiple products.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs ship as intended.
• Iterate rapidly based on user feedback, data, and founder input.
