Job summary

Zohorecruit is building an AI-native PRM platform for modern partnership teams to eliminate manual work, improve collaboration, and transform partner activity into scalable revenue growth. We are hiring a Founding Product Marketing Manager to build and lead the PMM function from the ground up, reporting directly to the CEO.

You will own product positioning, messaging, launch strategy, and GTM initiatives, bridging Product, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success teams to shape how the market

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building or leading Product Marketing in zero-to-one, early-stage, or high-growth environments.
• Strong experience with product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience leading product launches and sales enablement initiatives.
• Experience with partner-led growth, PRM platforms, affiliate ecosystems, or related GTM technologies.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Experience analyzing metrics such as adoption, attribution, win/loss analysis, and launch performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine product positioning and messaging strategies
• Lead product launch strategies for new features and expansion initiatives
• Develop messaging frameworks and thought leadership initiatives
• Create sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, playbooks, and training materials
• Build customer proof strategies including case studies, ROI narratives, and customer references
• Conduct competitive and market intelligence research across PRM, affiliate, and ecosystem platforms
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Define and track Product Marketing performance metrics including adoption, launch impact, win rates, and expansion metrics
