Job summary

Reflow is building a workforce and workflow intelligence platform and seeks a founding Product Manager to own strategy, prioritization, execution, and delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives without guardrails in a very early-stage startup.

You'll write specs, drive planning with engineering, stay close to customers, and shape the product toward scalable systems. This role offers founding-level ownership and growth toward Head of Product as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience including early-stage startups.
• Former founder or first/early product hire is preferred.
• Proven ability to ship real products in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments.
• Comfort owning execution details and decision-making.
• Strong technical and product judgment; engineers trust your calls.

Responsibilities

• Own product direction, roadmap, and prioritization across value, speed, and constraints.
• Turn ambiguous goals into clear problems, scopes, and shipped solutions.
• Be accountable for outcomes, not artifacts.
• Drive planning, sequencing, and timelines with engineering.
• Manage dependencies, unblock progress, and keep delivery on track.
• Own release planning, testing, rollouts, and post-launch learning.
• Write product specs, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Review builds and iterate with engineers in real time.
• Talk to customers for discovery, validation, onboarding, and support.
• Translate feedback into priorities and concrete product changes.
• Support partner setup, onboarding, and early integrations.
• Establish how roadmap, prioritization, and execution work.
• Document decisions and patterns so the product can scale.
