Job summary

Prime Talent Recruiting is partnering with an early-stage AI company to recruit a Founding Product Leader. This high-ownership role requires moving products from 0 to 1 and thriving in fast-moving startup environments.

You will own product strategy, work closely with engineering and data teams, and influence GTM, fundraising, and partnerships as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• 0-to-1 product ownership.
• Startup, Founding PM, or founder experience.
• Strong experience building AI-powered products.
• Strong consumer product instincts.
• Data-driven product decisions.
• Experience working closely with engineering.
• GTM, fundraising, partnership, or P&L exposure is a strong plus.
• Articulate, strong startup mindset, and comfortable building from scratch.
• PM experience at DeepMind, Google, or similar top technology companies is a plus.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who has personally taken products from 0 to 1 and thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments.
