Qualifications

Full-Time | New York, NY Preferred | Remote Possible | $180K–$240K

About the Opportunity

We're looking for a highly technical Product Leader who has built products from the ground up and thrives in fast-moving startup environments.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants significant ownership and enjoys working directly with engineering. You'll help shape product strategy, make technical product decisions, and take new products from 0-to-1 through growth and adoption.

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of Product Management experience
• Experience as a first or second PM, Founding PM, or early product hire at a high-growth startup
• Proven experience owning and launching 0-to-1 products from scratch
• Experience owning a full product or standalone product area, not simply managing a backlog
• Strong technical background with the ability to read and reason about a codebase
• Comfortable working directly with engineers, understanding technical tradeoffs, and helping unblock decisions
• Ideally started as a Software Engineer before transitioning into Product
• OR has a strong technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or another quantitative field
• Experience with data infrastructure, APIs, integrations, CRM systems, data warehouses, identity, enrichment, or CDPs
• Familiarity with tools such as Clay, Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of data schemas, match rates, APIs, integrations, and data quality
• Experience at a fast-scaling Series A–C startup
• Experience helping take a product from early traction to scaled adoption
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development and prototyping tools
• Able to move quickly, operate in ambiguity, and take a high level of ownership

Location

New York is preferred, but remote work is possible.

Compensation

$180,000–$240,000 base salary, depending on experience and overall fit.
