Job summary

Autumn is building the AI operating system for independent hotels, starting with digital marketing workflows. As the first dedicated product hire, you will own the product vision, identify high-impact problems, and collaborate with engineering and design to bring solutions to life.

You will report directly to the Founder & CEO and shape our roadmap with ambitious, data-driven decisions. You will stay deeply curious about AI, anticipate market shifts, and maintain accountability through launch

Qualifications

• You can distinguish an interesting idea from a problem worth solving and make thoughtful decisions with incomplete information.
• You've taken a product or substantial initiative from an unclear starting point through launch and learned from what happened afterward.
• You actively follow, experiment with, and form opinions about emerging AI capabilities and how they can affect hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems worth solving by talking with hotel owners, customers, and prospects to uncover hidden needs.
• Define customer experience, scope, and success criteria; create prototypes and product briefs for engineering.
• Decide what to build by aligning customer insights with business priorities and emerging AI capabilities, in collaboration with the CEO.
• Work with engineering and design to turn ideas into shipped products and measure adoption and value.
• Stay closely connected to AI and hotel technology ecosystems to anticipate market shifts and adjust roadmap.
