Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment partners with a leading shared housing platform to hire a Founding Product Engineer in San Francisco. As the third engineering hire, you will own the end-to-end UI delivery, collaborating with CTO and Backend Lead to bring new products from concept to launch.

You will shape front-end architecture, leverage AI design tools, and eventually expand into full-stack ownership, React Native, and product marketing initiatives, all while working in person in the Financial

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering with a focus on front-end interfaces.
• Strong experience in TypeScript and React ecosystems.
• Willingness to work in person 5 days a week in San Francisco

Responsibilities

• Own UI Delivery: build intuitive interfaces from REST APIs and requirements.
• Drive Product Decisions: partner with leadership to solve user problems.
• Shape Design & APIs: collaborate with backend on contracts while shaping front-end.
• Expand Scope Over Time: grow into full-stack ownership and mobile app work.
