You will design and implement product features, own full-stack development, and work closely with various teams to deliver effective tools. Responsibilities

• Design and implement product features used by recruiters and hiring teams.
• Own full-stack development from backend services to polished frontend UX.
• Regularly communicate with customers to inform product decisions.
• Build internal tooling such as AI note-takers and Chrome extensions.
• Develop integrations with third-party systems and partner platforms.
• Contribute to growth infrastructure: onboarding, activation, billing, and SEO.
• Help expand into verticals like legal, finance, and healthcare.
