IllTip is seeking an engineer to bridge AI research and production software in a healthtech context. You will help transform prototypes into reliable features and build the evaluation and monitoring systems that demonstrate real-world performance.

The role sits between research, backend engineering and product, ideal for someone who makes ambiguous ideas usable and measurable. You will deploy cloud infrastructure, collaborate with researchers, and shape product-driven AI solutions.

Formación

• 3+ years building and deploying production systems.
• Strong Python skills with hands-on cloud experience.
• Experience creating evaluation pipelines or assessment systems for ML/AI.

Responsabilidades

• Build benchmarks and evaluation pipelines measuring model accuracy, hallucination rates, retrieval quality, latency and cost.
• Create dashboards to visualize how system changes affect performance.
• Turn research prototypes into production retrieval, drafting, document processing and agent workflows.
• Develop backend services, APIs and internal tools to support testing and releases.
• Deploy and operate cloud infrastructure, including monitoring, databases and delivery pipelines.
• Stay in close contact with AI researchers, product teams and users.
