Job summary

IllTip is seeking a senior fullstack engineer to own customer-facing features from discovery to production. You will contribute to an AI-driven voice and business communication platform and have a real voice in the product roadmap by working directly with users.

You will build the platform with TypeScript, React, Node.js and NestJS, run rapid experiments, and translate customer feedback into focused releases and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fullstack engineering experience delivering SaaS products.
• End-to-end frontend and backend feature delivery.
• Production experience with TypeScript, React and Node.js; NestJS a plus.
• Experience with customer discovery, rapid experiments and metrics-driven decisions.
• Comfortable with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Native German and fluent English; must live in Germany.
• Experience with LLM integrations or AI services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move features from concept through deployment and iteration.
• Build and evolve the platform using TypeScript, React, Node.js and NestJS.
• Talk with customers through support, feedback sessions and user testing to understand what they need.
• Split larger opportunities into focused releases that deliver customer value and refine them with feedback and metrics.
• Help set feature priorities and roadmap decisions for AI-powered voice services.
• Integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing applications while considering data protection and AI regulations.
