Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking a founding engineer to join full-time, onsite in San Francisco, CA. You will shape the initial product and platform, working closely with the founders to design scalable systems and AI-enabled workflows for distributors and manufacturers.

You will own critical components, collaborate with the leadership, and engage with customers to translate needs into robust technical solutions. Equity and visa sponsorship accompany a challenging, high-impact role.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack development experience with Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and GCP.
• Experience building production-ready AI agents, including context engineering, tool design, and evaluation frameworks.
• Comfortable working directly with customers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ships high-quality software quickly without compromising engineering standards.
• Passionate about staying on the cutting edge of AI technologies.
