SyntheticFi, a fast-growing FinTech startup redefining the securities-backed lending world, is looking for a Founding Product Designer who will work directly with the Co-Founders across product and UX design.

You will shape product direction, talk to users, solve complex B2B and B2C flows, and push UI/UX standards for a premier, category-leading financial product. Remote-first, US-based, with equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Product Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work.
• Experience designing Web applications and complex B2B workflows.
• Familiar with Figma as a design tool.
• Contributed to or built a design system.
• Based in the United States and familiar with US financial products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Co-Founders to set product direction across product and UX.
• Engage with users to understand workflows and business logic before designing.
• Push UI/UX standards and polish for a demanding consumer-facing product.
• Define and solve design challenges for both B2B and B2C contexts.
