Job summary

SyntheticFi is seeking a Founding Product Designer to collaborate directly with the Co-Founders across product and UX design. You will balance user workflows, business logic, and high-fidelity UI to shape a complex financial product for both B2B and B2C audiences.

You will engage with users to uncover needs, help define product direction with engineers, and push for a polished design system and consistent user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience designing web applications and understanding complex B2B workflows.
• Product Designer experience with a design portfolio.
• Figma as a design tool familiarity and design system contribution.

Responsibilities

• As Founding Product Designer, you will work directly with the Co-Founders across product and UX design.
• Collaborate with Product Engineers to set direction and solve user workflows through design.
• Speak with users to understand needs and push the envelope on UI/UX complexity for a B2B/B2C product.
