Closure Intel seeks a founding product designer to work directly with the CEO, CTO, and founding team to drive product experience for Closure’s rapidly growing user base in public safety.

This is a true builder role requiring depth in UXR and design; you will ship features with AI support and maintain direct contact with users to inform decisions.

Your work matters for public safety outcomes, with a high-autonomy culture and equity at founding hire levels.

Qualifications

• Must have strong product design skills with a builder mindset.
• Experience in conducting UXR and translating insights into design decisions.
• Excellent communication with users, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design from concept to shipping with the CEO, CTO and founding team.
• Own end-to-end user experience and product integrity across the platform.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to deliver iterative improvements.
• Maintain high execution speed, attention to detail, and hands-on ownership.
