Closure Intel seeks a founding product designer to work directly with the CEO, CTO, and founding team to drive product experience for Closure’s rapidly growing user base in public safety.

This is a true builder role requiring depth in UXR and design; you will ship features with AI support and maintain direct contact with users to inform decisions.

Your work matters for public safety outcomes, with a high-autonomy culture and equity at founding hire levels.

Role Description: Founding Product Designer

We’re looking for a founding product designer to work directly with the CEO, CTO, and founding team to drive product experience across Closure’s rapidly growing user base.

This is a true builder role, requiring depth in both UXR and design; every team member ships something, often with AI support, and remains in direct contact with our users.

This is not a back‑office, armchair philosopher, or support function: it is core to our product integrity and vision. First‑principles thinking about ideal user experiences is a must, and must be matched with execution.

Your work matters; the changes you make have the capacity to improve public safety, protect the innocent, and drive real outcomes.

Additional Details

Compensation

• Salary: $125k-$185k, with potential for significant adjustments based on experience and ability
