The Electricians is expanding into a brand-new plumbing division in the Denver area and seeks a founding plumber to build it from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Experienced, licensed plumber with strong residential and/or commercial experience.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial plumbing service, repairs, installations, and diagnostics.
• Assess customer needs and recommend professional plumbing solutions.
• Provide accurate estimates and clearly explain options to customers.
• Deliver exceptional workmanship and a professional customer experience.
• Help establish the systems, processes, and standards for our new plumbing division.
• Work closely with company leadership to help shape and grow the plumbing department.
• Build strong customer relationships and help establish a reputation for quality and reliability.
• As the division grows, help recruit, train, and develop additional plumbing team members.
• Take on increasing responsibility and leadership as the plumbing division expands.
