Job summary

Pantheon is seeking a pioneering engineer to shape a newly formed role on a product early in its life. You will define enablement materials and crafts that help client teams implement integrations using our platform.

The work blends technical writing with coding, building reference implementations and connectors for REST/GraphQL, AI skills, and reusable kits, while collaborating with agencies and in-house teams to move from one-off to scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, OAuth/SAML authentication flows.
• Writing ability that matches your engineering ability; output will be developer-facing.
• Comfort building with AI tooling including agentic coding tools and reusable AI skills.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and greenfield projects.

Responsibilities

• Scope enablement needs per implementation with the sales engineer and client.
• Write documentation and guides for developers to follow.
• Build reference implementations and example widgets with real integrations.
• Build connectors and adapters for long-tail vendors.
• Build scripts and AI skills to automate repetitive tasks.
• Generalize one-off solutions into reusable kits.
• Provide feedback to product based on client needs.
