FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Port Royal, SC invites a founding Physical Therapist to join as Clinical Director for our new clinic opening in November 2026. You will help set up clinic operations and treat patients one-on-one, with an emphasis on balance and vestibular care.

Formación

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• Active SC PT license, or eligible before starting (PT Compact privilege accepted; we'll help with licensing).
• 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Strong clinical skills, patient-first attitude, leadership or entrepreneurial interest.

Founding Physical Therapist / Clinical Director, FYZICAL - Port Royal

Port Royal, SC | Full-time, Monday to Friday | Opening the second week of November 2026

Pay: $90,000 to $115,000 per year, based on experience and role. The Clinical Director position also includes profit sharing for the right candidate.

Want to treat patients without feeling rushed, burned out, or buried in paperwork?

We're opening a new FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center in Port Royal and looking for an experienced PT to join as a founding member of the team. You'll help set up how the clinic runs and treat patients one-on-one with the time they deserve. Our EMR's AI-assisted documentation keeps charting at work, not at home.

Balance is our specialty. FYZICAL's Balance Paradigm is a structured way to evaluate and treat dizziness, vestibular problems and fall risk, with training through FYZICAL College. No prior vestibular experience required. You'll also treat orthopedic, neurological and general outpatient cases.

Local owner, national backing. FYZICAL Port Royal is independently owned and operated. The owner is not a PT, and sees that as a strength: his job is to support the clinicians who lead patient care, remove barriers, and make quick decisions, not to direct treatment. If you've worked somewhere that did not listen, did not support, or did not value what you brought, this is a different experience. You also get the training, clinical protocols and brand of a national network. As the first of several planned clinics in the Lowcountry, a strong first hire has a real path into leadership.
