Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Port Royal is opening a new clinic and seeks an experienced physical therapist to join as a founding member. You’ll treat patients one-on-one and help shape how the clinic runs, with AI-assisted documentation keeping charting at work.

Specializing in balance, vestibular rehab and fall risk, you’ll also manage orthopedic, neurological and general outpatient cases. As Clinical Director you’ll lead clinical quality, build referral relationships, train future

Qualifications

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• Active SC PT license or eligible before starting (PT Compact accepted).
• 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Strong clinical skills with patient-first attitude; leadership or entrepreneurial interest.

Want to treat patients without feeling rushed, burned out, or buried in paperwork?

We're opening a new FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center in Port Royal and looking for an experienced PT to join as a founding member of the team. You'll help set up how the clinic runs and treat patients one-on-one with the time they deserve. Our EMR's AI-assisted documentation keeps charting at work, not at home.

Balance is our specialty. FYZICAL's Balance Paradigm is a structured way to evaluate and treat dizziness, vestibular problems and fall risk, with training through FYZICAL College. No prior vestibular experience required. You'll also treat orthopedic, neurological and general outpatient cases.

Local owner, national backing. FYZICAL Port Royal is independently owned and operated. The owner is not a PT, and sees that as a strength: his job is to support the clinicians who lead patient care, remove barriers, and make quick decisions, not to direct treatment. If you've worked somewhere that did not listen, did not support, or did not value what you brought, this is a different experience. You also get the training, clinical protocols and brand of a national network. As the first of several planned clinics in the Lowcountry, a strong first hire has a real path into leadership.
