FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – North Port, FL is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, create personalized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy with cutting-edge AI-assisted documentation that enhances patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license or eligible to attain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate)
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular therapy, balance training, or sports rehab
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills

Compensation & Bonuses

Base Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 annually (based on experience)

Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus: Up to $1,500 per month based on clinic performance and bonus metrics

Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement: Approximately $98,000 - $113,000 annually, based on consistent achievement of monthly bonus metrics
