Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Port Royal, SC invites a founding Physical Therapist to join as Clinical Director for our new clinic opening in November 2026. You will help set up clinic operations and treat patients one-on-one, with an emphasis on balance and vestibular care.

The role offers leadership opportunities, competitive salary ($90k-$115k) with profit sharing, relocation support, and a structured environment backed by FYZICAL's protocols and brand.

Qualifications

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• Active SC PT license, or eligible before starting (PT Compact privilege accepted; we'll help with licensing).
• 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Strong clinical skills, patient-first attitude, leadership or entrepreneurial interest.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and build individualized, evidence-based plans of care
• Treat a broad outpatient caseload, with a focus on balance and vestibular patients
• Help set up clinical standards, workflows and evaluation templates
• Clinical Director role: lead clinical quality, build referral relationships and community outreach, and train future staff
