FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – West Fort Myers is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to serve as Clinical Director and lead our outpatient team. The role combines hands-on patient care with leadership, mentorship, and clinic development, while maintaining an active caseload.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop your team, and help drive the continued success of the clinic, with opportunities to impact patient outcomes and clinician growth while advancing the practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a clinical team.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Desire to grow as both a clinician and a leader.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in West Fort Myers, FL is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to serve as Clinical Director and lead our outpatient team.

This position is ideal for a clinician who wants to combine hands-on patient care with leadership, mentorship, and clinic development. As Clinical Director, you'll maintain an active patient caseload while overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, supporting and developing your team, and helping drive the continued success of the clinic.

You'll have the opportunity to make an impact not only on your patients, but also on the clinicians you lead and the overall growth of the practice.
