Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Texas is seeking a Physical Therapist (DPT) to help launch and grow a new outpatient clinic. You will have input into clinic culture, receive strong mentorship, and grow with the clinic as it scales.

The role is flexible based on the candidate but emphasizes high-quality outpatient PT across a diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, balance and neuro.

Qualifications

• DPT required and licensed to practice in Texas.
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, neuro and balance therapy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Desire to grow professionally and help build a great clinic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care.
• Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, balance and neuro.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish clinic workflows and culture.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to clinic growth through patient engagement and community outreach.
• Work closely with PTAs and support staff.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $75,000-$90,000 (based on experience)
