Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT/PT) for a new outpatient clinic in Woodbridge, Virginia. The role offers clinical autonomy and the chance to build the practice from the ground up with a patient-centered approach.

The position supports a Monday–Friday schedule with full-time preferred; part-time considered. Competitive compensation includes a $90,000–$110,000 salary plus a $6,000 bonus potential and comprehensive benefits as the clinic grows.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
• Current or eligible Virginia Physical Therapist license.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Interest or experience in balance, vestibular rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and/or fall prevention is a plus.
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a growing clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Help establish clinical workflows and treatment processes.
• Contribute to development of the clinic's standards of care.
• Shape the clinical culture and patient experience.
• Grow alongside the practice as additional clinicians are hired.
• Maintain high-quality, individualized PT care.
