Job summary

Key People in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT/PT) to join a new outpatient clinic on the founding clinical team. This role offers clinical autonomy and the chance to help shape treatment approaches, workflows, and standards of care from the ground up.

You will work with an adult outpatient population in a low-volume, patient-centered model, with generous compensation ($90,000–$110,000) plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
• Current Virginia PT license or eligibility.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a growing clinic.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Help build and shape a new outpatient practice from the ground up.
• Establish clinical workflows, treatment approaches, and standards of care.
• Provide patient-centered, individualized care to an adult outpatient population.
• Collaborate with a growing team and contribute to leadership as the clinic expands.
