Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC presents an opportunity for a Physical Therapist (DPT/PT) in Woodbridge, VA. This outpatient clinic founding team seeks a clinician who can work independently, shape workflows, and deliver patient-centered care to a diverse adult population.

The role offers a salary range of $90,000–$110,000 with a $6,000 bonus potential, full-time preferred (part-time considered). Benefits include health, dental, vision, holidays, PTO, CE, and growth tracks within a developing

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
• Current or eligible Virginia Physical Therapist license.
• Able to work independently with strong clinical judgment.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Interest or experience in balance, vestibular rehab, neurology, fall prevention is a plus.
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills.
• Self-motivated in a growing clinic environment.
• Excited to help build and shape a new outpatient practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, individualized care for an adult outpatient population.
• Help establish clinical workflows, treatment approaches, and standards of care as the practice grows.
• Work independently with clinical decision-making.
• Collaborate with the founding clinical team to develop the clinic culture.
