Job summary

The Recruiting Hive seeks a Physical Therapist (DPT/PT) for a new outpatient clinic in Woodbridge, VA. This role offers clinical autonomy to help build workflows, treatment approaches, and standards as the practice grows.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy, an active or eligible Virginia license, outpatient orthopedic experience, and excellent communication for patient relationships. Full-time is preferred; part-time considered for the right fit.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
• Current or eligible Virginia PT license.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Comfortable working independently with strong clinical judgment.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, individualized outpatient PT care.
• Help establish clinical workflows, treatment approaches, and standards of care.
• Collaborate with clinicians and mentors within a growing practice.
