Job summary

Sam's Club Tomball is opening a brand-new club, and we're hiring a friendly Personal Shopper to help build the member experience from day one. You will pull, scan, wrap, and stage orders for pickup while promoting Membership benefits and delivering accurate service.

As a founding associate, you’ll work in a fast-paced, member-focused environment, stay active throughout the shift, and help ensure every member leaves with a positive experience. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this role.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing
• Ensure accuracy of orders and invoices; secure items until members arrive for pickup
• Follow up on out-of-stock merchandise and communicate substitutions to meet member needs
• Process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; participate in sales and marketing events
• Promote the value of Sam's Club products, services, and Membership benefits to help meet Membership goals
• Acknowledge members, identify their needs, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve issues and concerns
• Conduct safety sweeps; follow forklift spotting procedures and hazardous material handling guidelines
• Follow company steel standard guidelines; correct and report unsafe situations to management
