Job summary

Sam's Club Weslaco is opening a brand-new club and is looking for founding associates to shape the member experience from day one. As a Personal Shopper, you'll gather orders with speed, care, and accuracy, ensuring a smooth pickup and helping members maximize value from their Sam's Club Membership.

You'll be part of a fast-paced, member-facing team, promote Membership benefits, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a culture of service and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Fax ’n Pull and Click ’n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing
• Ensure accuracy of orders and invoices; secure items until members arrive for pickup
• Follow up on out-of-stock merchandise and communicate substitutions to meet member needs
• Process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; participate in sales and marketing events
• Promote the value of Sam’s Club products, services, and Membership benefits to help meet Membership goals
• Acknowledge members, identify their needs, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve issues and concerns
• Conduct safety sweeps; follow forklift spotting procedures and hazardous material handling guidelines
• Follow company steel standard guidelines; correct and report unsafe situations to management
