Aufgaben

• Fulfill Click n Pull, Scan & Go, and other pickup orders accurately and efficiently
• Pull, scan, wrap, and palletize items for member pickup
• Secure orders and verify accuracy before releasing to members
• Follow up on out-of-stock merchandise and offer substitutions when appropriate
• Promote membership benefits, upgrades, and credit accounts
• Assist members with questions, purchasing decisions, and order issues
• Maintain a clean, organized staging area for order pickups
• Use hand-held technology to manage orders, inventory, and communication
