Jobgether SRL seeks a Founding Performance Marketing Lead in the United States. This fully remote role builds a growth engine from the ground up in a high‑growth AI environment, owning the paid funnel from first impression to revenue.

You’ll lead paid media, creative testing, landing pages, attribution, and product‑led growth experiments, collaborating with founders and Product, Design, Sales, and Revenue Operations. Autonomy and rapid experimentation are core.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in performance or growth marketing, preferably B2B SaaS/AI.
• Experience managing $50K–$250K/mo in paid media across major platforms.
• Ability to connect channel spend to funnel performance and ARR.
• Deep hands‑on experience building campaigns, audiences, and tracking.
• Strong CRO mindset for landing pages, forms, and trial flows.
• Comfort with analytics, dashboards, attribution systems and datasets.
• Excellent written communication and ability to translate pain points into messaging.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and retargeting, with significant media spend.
• Develop a rapid testing engine for creative formats and landing pages.
• Own conversion funnel from ads to demos and activation, shipping landing pages.
• Lead measurement, attribution, dashboards, and funnel reporting.
• Design and run continuous A/B and multivariate tests.
• Identify ICP signals and build reusable audience playbooks.
• Partner with Product for activation and in‑product growth loops.
• Use AI/no‑code tools to speed testing and automation.
• Collaborate with founders and cross‑functional teams to align growth with revenue.
